Honeypot Lane is a new development providing 194 apartments set across a portion of a supermarket car park and associated area of brownfield land. The apartments are organised in three buildings - a U-shaped building, six to seven storeys in height, a smaller five-storey linear block and a four-storey building. The simple and restrained materials palette references the new London vernacular - a buff stock brick provides the overall palette, with selected corduroy detailing, with a dark grey stock brick articulating the setback attic storey and inset bays. We are designing all mechanical and electrical services from conception through to completion including all drawings, calculations, schedules and specifications. Our work includes preparing routes of new supplies to the buildings, above ground drainage strategy, heating, hot water services, mechanical ventilation, cold water, main electrical services distribution, fire detection, security systems, telecoms services, lighting and power installations.
