Morpeth Road is a new build residential project in a conservation area and is the first project of Peabody’s small projects panel to successfully gain planning approval. 12 homes are arranged along a new garden wall - nine of the homes are one and two-bed, the other three dwellings are three-bed family homes. The bold angular shapes of the roofs create identifiable homes, with open plan spaces, and step-free access into private courtyards. High levels of insulation and simple, durable materials will make the homes efficient and easy to maintain. We are designing all mechanical and electrical services from conception through to completion including all drawings, calculations, schedules and specifications. Work includes preparing routes of existing and new supplies to the building, utilities, above ground drainage, mechanical ventilation, cold water, main electrical services distribution, lighting, power installations, fire detection, alarm services, security and structured wiring systems. Sustainability services include SAP calculations, PEAs and EPCs.
