Peckham Road Mansions is a new tenement style mansion block located in a prominent location on the north side of Peckham Road in Southwark. The building consists of 33 new residential units, a combination of 1-bed, 2-bed and-3 bed apartments in a stepped profile, creating a sunny south-facing roof terrace for each apartment. Outside space for each flat is provided though long balconies and roof terraces made possible by the buildings stepped section. The scheme incorporates all feasible energy efficiency measures, including photovoltaic panels, green roofs on the lower blocks, efficient boilers, low fabric values, energy efficient lighting and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery to reduce its CO2 emissions. We provided all mechanical, electrical and drainage services for the project.
