The five-story Grade II listed house in South Kensington has been transformed into a family home suitable for modern day living whilst retaining the key features and historic detailing of the original building. Major renovation works were carried out to a number of bedrooms and bathrooms’ including traditional plaster coving that was matched to the original, raised and fielded panelling to walls and bespoke dado and skirtings. The subterranean works under the garden involved major engineering and waterproofing works to provide a new swimming pool, gymnasium, changing rooms, lift and ancillary areas. We provided all mechanical and electrical services.
