The Chilterns is a 8-storey redevelopment of an existing car park site in Marylebone. The project consists of 60 new apartments (44 for private sale and 16 affordable units). The vertical colours and designs on the exterior of the building represents music records on shelves, which was inspired by the Beatles' legendary Apple Boutique, which used to be located a next door. We provided all mechanical, electrical and sustainable services for the shell and core construction. The ground floor provides a range of commercial uses including retail with three levels of basement accommodates a health club, energy centre and car park. The residential units achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and the commercial units achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certification.
