West Village is a new build development in the heart of Notting Hill. The development comprises of nine new mews houses, with common refuse, bike stores and a shared car stacker for parking. Each apartment has a minimum of three-bedrooms and benefits from secure underground car parking in addition to a high-quality specification. The house facing the road has been designed to blend in with the existing properties on Victoria Gardens while the remaining houses are set-back from the road and designed with a more contemporary aesthetic including flat roofs and modern balconies providing additional amenity space. We provided all mechanical and electrical services including soil waste and ventilation, water, heating and lighting design.
